Due to COVID-19 the Chapter Days, the Legislative Assembly and the Spring Meeting will all take place ONLINE and not on-site in Baku as originally planned.

Participation at Chapter Days is open to all members of oikos chapters and is not limited to them being a local Board member or chapter President.

Every chapter should register one member as the representative of the chapter until 30.03.2020!
Note that this person does not have to be the president or a board member either of your chapter. Registration form has been sent to all local chapters’ oikos email addresses.

Chapter Days that are now happening on April 7 and 8. There will be a colorful program of workshops and info sessions which might take around 6h, spread over the 2 days.

Introduction

During these days we want to ensure that we as a community have the chance to exchange and learn from each other. Apart from getting information about oikos international, you will have the chance to exchange with other chapters about your projects and events, talk about possible collaborations and teach each other in different fields like Marketing, Recruiting, Teambuilding, Strategy and so forth.

If you would like to contribute to the meeting please state it in the registration form or contact us via mail. This can even be to just  initiate a discussion about a topic you are interested in or to start working on a session together with oikos members from other chapters. We can help you find other oikess for a collaboration on a session by matching you based on your registration forms.

Since some chapter members might be interested in joining some of the sessions due to their position in their chapters or only because of personal interest, EVERY MEMBER is invited to join individual sessions. As participants they don’t need to register. However, if they would like to facilitate a session, it would be great if they register as well via the registration form and give us some details about it.

The Chapter Days shall bring as many people from different chapters together as possible and we really want you to use this opportunity to get something out of it for your chapter and strengthen your impact. Please inform your chapter members about this opportunity and also ask some members individually if you think they could fit into some sessions.

The program will be adjusted to your needs and is defined by the sessions you as chapter members might prepare and facilitate.
Let’s make these Chapter Days happen, bring our community together and explore what the next season holds for us!
