Lis McNicholl is a Leadership Coach & Organizational Development Consultant. She was first connected to oikos in 2020 as a coach for LEAP YOUth program. Since then, the connection has grown and she describes the different connections as beautiful branches that have been enlivening, inspiring and nourishing. She is delighted to continue to learn and grow together in her new role as an oikos advisor (2023) and contribute to making this world a world that works for all.

Experienced sustainability professional with 5+ years of management-related positions. Currently working at the United Nations Global Compact helping the Networks of Canada, USA and Western-Europe in their ambitions and supporting their digital transformation journey. Completed a Master of Social Sciences in Service Management at Copenhagen Business School with a focus on sustainability and circular economy. My personal vision is to enable businesses to become more sustainable and accelerate their transformation towards netzero CO2 emissions. I dedicate myself to take on some of the world’s biggest challenges relating to sustainability.

Sophie Charrois considers herself an earthling with a deep curiosity for complexity & life itself.
She graduated with a master’s degree in sustainability, complexity & participatory leadership (msls.se) in 2020 & has been continuing her learning journey ever since. Sophie is a practitioner of the Art of Hosting, a Flowgame host & active in the Warm Data community, to mention some of the networks she associates with. Being a dancer since early childhood, the topics of embodiment & play mark most of her work.
From 2020 to 2022, Sophie was invited to steward the international oikos community as a Co-President, putting her learnings into practice.

As the Chief of the Executive Director Office, Jonas Haertle develops and oversees strategic projects for the UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), one of the United Nations’ official training organizations, and advises its Executive Director on strategy, mission and activities. From 2010 to July 2018, Mr. Haertle was the Head of the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), an initiative founded by the United Nations Global Compact and leading business school associations. He led the global secretariat and build PRME into the world’s largest initiative on responsible management education. From 2007-2010, he was the global lead of the UN Global Compact’s Local Networks in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. Mr. Haertle has written and contributed to a number of publications and academic articles on corporate sustainability and responsible education and serves on the advisory boards of a number of education organizations. He holds a master’s degree in European Studies of Hamburg University in Germany. As a Fulbright scholar, he also attained a MSc degree in Global Affairs from Rutgers University in the USA.

Daniel is a researcher, campaigner, and artist. His work focuses on the intersections of climate justice, poverty, regenerative economics, feminism, historical memory and racial justice. Passionate about ecological and systems thinking, Daniel has worked as an organiser for various organisations, from 350.org to Oxfam. He is also the founding co-editor of The World at 1C, a project working to improve ecological literacy and humanize the impacts of climate violence.
His journalism has featured in Pacific Standard and Open Democracy, among others. He is the author of The Memory We Could Be (2018), and Sheet Music for the Wind (2016).

Dr. Katrin Muff is Director of the Institute for Business Sustainability and Professor of Practice at the LUISS Business School in Rome. She works as a consultant for executives and boards of directors in the area of sustainability and strategic transformation. Katrin, together with Dr. Thomas Dyllick, co-directs two leading-edge executive education programs in Sustainability Leadership. She was previously Dean of the Business School Lausanne for 10 years. Her books “Five Superpowers for Co-creators” and “The Positive Impact Mindset” are a testimony to her experience in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and coaching for positive impact. She has 20 years of international business experience in strategy and management in Australia, the USA, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Netherlands at Schindler, ALCOA and Procter & Gamble. Katrin was born in Switzerland and is committed to the positive contribution of companies to society and the environment.

Yemi Makinde’s career has been in Management Consulting and Business Advisory specialising in Business Transformation and Organisational Excellence. In this area, she has used leading frameworks and concepts to help organisations in their strategy development, in continuous improvement and overall performance management. More recently, her work has focused
increasingly on topics around sustainability strategies and management. Yemi has worked extensively in Europe and the Middle East where she is currently based and continue to contribute on projects around the world.
