The Chapter Catalyst is an advanced leadership development program designed to strengthen chapter leadership teams and enable smooth leadership transitions for long-term impact. Built on the principles and methodologies of the LEAP leadership development program, oikos flagship program counting over 10 years of developing youth leaders. The Catalyst supports chapters in moving beyond individual-driven leadership toward resilient, collective leadership structures that sustain impact over time. It helps chapters shift from short-term activity cycles to intentional, long-term planning, ensuring that vision, values, and institutional relationships persist beyond a single academic year
