Masterfully crafted impact assessment surveys from our friends at winded.vertigo were an important part of this year’s LEAP program!
By assessing participants’ thoughts at the beginning and the end of each workshop, these surveys gathered useful data to get a clearer idea of what kind of direct impact the workshops had on them. The data gives us a picture of how the responsible leadership journey is shaping participants and their perspectives on what they’re learning, as well as allowing us to more accurately assess short and long-term impacts of the program.
