Our youth 
leadership development Program LEAP acts as a Chapter Catalyst that supports students in developing a form of leadership that is rooted in purpose, self-awareness, and the ability to guide meaningful change within their chapters and institutions.
Since 2015 over 400 young leaders completed their LEAP journeys, equipped to to lead with intention, build trust, and mobilize their peers around projects that matter.

oikos International team and our local Chapters regularly host online and in-person gathering. These bring together primarily students and foster connections with experts, academia, businesses, their peers from other countries and other local and international stakeholders.
Most notably, oikos International Chapter Conferences (ICC) are annual gathering of oikos Community, hosted by different local Chapter each year.
