Leadership Program LEAP 2025 is well underway with the first workshop on Playful Learning and Education successfully concluding in May. The workshop was hosted by our friends from Winded Vertigo Garret Jaeger, Maria Altamirano and Apoorva Shivaram. Here is a little snippet into how it went.
We started this workshop with a fun game to puzzle together (our) future jobs. From “creative social media coordinator” to “robot community management specialist”, we had dozens of impactful “future workers” among us.
This workshop was designed in a way that includes connection, exploration and transformation to unlock our skills in curiosity, intellectual humility, perspective taking & empathic concern, self-awareness & regulation and agency.
What if learning and education could be done in a playful way? Imagine you are someone who is leading people to grow and to achieve ever greater goals, how amazing would it be if you could bring play and fun into this experience?
During this workshop we discovered how this unexpected game on future jobs raised our curiosity and our awareness to then explore the concepts of playful learning. We were able to CONNECT with the concept and then EXPLORE it by discussing it in small groups, taking new perspectives and learning from others and their diverse contexts.
