For the past 5 years we have been running the oikos Leadership program. This year we are launching a pilot track of oikos Leadership Program (LEAP) focused exclusively on earlier career researchers – oikos LEAP Researchers’ Track.
10 participants will commit to a 9-month journey of personal development and experiential learning. We want to develop this community of researchers who are willing to develop their leadership, teaching, and research skills.
We have envisioned 1:1 coaching, peer to peer calls focused on personal challenges and research feedback, webinars with professors to help develop research, and coaching university students on curriculum reform. However, the content will be co-created and defined with the participants. During the kick-off call in September, the participants will define how much time they can invest in this track and co-create a leadership program that really helps researchers to succeed.
