Our international programs aim to support the change we want to see in the world by empowering and encouraging student change agents and actively creating shifts in the way curricula are structured and developed.
Our focus is on economics and management education, including multiple transdisciplinary perspectives and learning approaches. This links back to our central question on how we want to learn, lead and live together.
For over 30 years we have been continuously innovating with formats that provide platforms for learning, creating and sharing solutions: social labs, conferences, webinars, workshops, simulation games, learning journeys are just some examples.
The oikos Leadership Program - LEAP inspires young people to become more responsible and susatinable in their decision making and equips them with insights, knowledge and tools to do so.

Positive Impact Rating
The Positive Impact Rating (PIR) is the first rating of business school sustainability conducted by students for students. Students around the world assess their business schools on how they perceive their positive impact.
