oikos Warsaw is thrilled to invite you to the International Chapter Conference (ICC) 2025 from 20th to 23rd March! We envision it as a space for exchange between oikos members and alumni with local students and experts on sustainability challenges and solutions, relevant for both Polish and broader Central-Eastern European contexts.
what is ICC?
The oikos International Chapter Conference (ICC) is the biggest in-person gathering of oikos community—bringing together members, alumni, and friends from across the world! Every year, a different chapter hosts the event, choosing a theme that reflects local challenges and sparks global conversations.
This is where lifelong friendships form, bold ideas emerge, and collaborations take off! It’s a space for learning, networking, and celebrating the diversity of our movement. Whether you’re an active member, an alumni, a partner, or a curious changemaker—ICC welcomes you.

The ICC 2025 is hosted by the amazing team at oikos Warsaw, ready to bring you a fresh Polish perspective on sustainability! Get ready to dive into conversations with inspiring speakers from diverse fields and explore sustainability challenges—not just in Poland, but across Central and Eastern Europe.
We’re still developing the agenda, but here’s a glimpse into what to expect at ICC 2025! Let us share our vision with you!
Day 1: We’ll kick off with activities and conversations to truly connect, building bonds through shared experiences. Together, we’ll explore local history and culture, setting the stage for the days ahead.
Day 2: Dive into the Polish perspective on sustainable transformation—unpacking challenges and opportunities within a global context. In the evening, embrace an ancient Slavic tradition celebrating the joyous arrival of spring.
Day 3: Focus on shaping a brighter future through interactive workshops, where we’ll co-create a vision for positive change. Later, learn from other chapters as they share their impactful stories.
Day 4: Reflect and engage in meaningful dialogue during Coffee Talks, followed by a reconnection with nature to inspire personal resolutions. We’ll close with a shared lunch, celebrating our time together.

To join the conference you need to register by filling the form below.
All the costs during the conference (e.g. travel, accommodation, food and public transport) are covered by the participants themselves (we will inform you about any changes or developments). There is no participation fee.
For all the international travellers, we offer to stay together at the hostel from 20th to 23rd of March. Please note that we need to book the hostel as a group in advance, therefore the payment (72 EUR) for the hostel must be done before 28th of February to secure your spot. All relevant information can be found in the registration form below.
