oikos Berlin’s annual job fair hosting companies making a social or environmental impact. Over 200 students joined the fair which included 3 round tables, 10 company presentations, and over 20 company booths.

A winter clothes donation drive of over 300 items from students and for the Railway Mission. The project provided students an opportunity to give away clothing they no longer needed while getting to know and the Railway Mission.

The 10th editions of LEAP program saw the largest cohort of 133 young leaders embarking on their 6-month leadership journeys in April. The program, incorporating the PRME i5 pedagogy, was split into four modules – playful learning, boundary setting, active listening, and effective communication. Combining workshops and communities of practice, the initiative empowered students to become catalysts for institutional transformation, while supporting their personal growth.

organizational development
2025 was the year on internal transformation and reorganization of our approach to Community stewardship. The role of oikos International in supporting chapter development and fostering the oikos Community has been one of the key focuses in long-term planning behind the scenes. This involved the redefining of the chapter opening, but also reshaping and restructuring our programs to align with the needs for developing leadership and organizational capacities within the Community. As a result, the foundations for the oikos Ecosystem were laid, with the new structure rolling out in 2026.

Personal development initiative jointly created by oikos and Oasis Foundation saw its 3rd edition take place in 2025.
