Legislative Meeting Fall 2024 – what decisions were made?

Dear oikos Community,

The second Legislative Meeting of 2024 concluded last weekend with important decisions made by a vote from oikos Chapters’ representatives. The oikos Community came together for the online meeting on 26 October and the following decisions were made as the result of Chapters’ votes.

• Five new members of the oikos International Board for 2025 were elected
• Two amendments to the oikos Constitution were approved by the Legislative Meeting regarding a new form of membership for oikos Patrons, with which we are targeting alumni to become financial supporters for oikos International and a clarification for the voting process and is an addition to the appendix of our constitution.
• The proposed budget for oikos International for 2025 was approved by the Legislative Meeting
