Dear oikos Alumni,
We are excited to invite you to the next oikos Alumni hike on September 14th in Vienna. It wil most certainly start around 11h/12h, so we can walk a bit and end the tour with some tasty lunch. This way also people coming from outside have some time to get to Vienna and also travel the same day, if intended. The route is yet to be defined, with more updates on it coming soon. The Hike is organized by Anna Katharina Beyer, an oikos Alumni. It is building up upon last year’s successful hike in Vienna which brought together members of our Alumni network for a comfortable walk through the hills and vineyards concluding in a cozy restaurant. The Alumni Network is an important part of our Community and it fosters the cross-generational connection between the active oikos Members and the Alumni, while it also opens up opportunities for networking and reconnecting with old friends and colleagues. Each year and around the world there are new opportunities for oikos Alumni to engage, whether through self-organized events by Alumni, such as this one or the ones hosted by oikos International, especially the International Chapter Conference which is open for oikos students and ALumni alike.
