Since 2015 the LEAP initiative has empowered over 350 young talents to become change agents in the oikos community and beyond, by equipping them with the necessary competencies, qualities, practices, tools and the global network to become conscious leaders in the co-creation of thriving and sustainable societies.
Over the last 8 years we have gathered a lot of knowledge & learnings.
Now we are ready to share them with all of you to get one step closer to our vision of leadership purposed for a sustainable world. We are also pursuing additional sources of income to increase our financial stability & secure the LEAP initiative for future generations of oikees.

What you can expect: The workshop script pdfs are ‘ready to use’ for you to host workshops to foster leadership, team & self-development in different group settings.
There will be detailed instructions & facilitation notes. The workshops range between 60 and 120 min and are meant for a group size of between 2 to up to 50 participants or you can even do some of it on your own.

When:
You will receive the scripts at the beginning of January. The LEAP team is available for any questions that arise in connection to the workshop scripts under leap@oikos-international.org
What you can expect: You will have the opportunity to participate in one of our masterclasses (some co-hosted with our partner BoldMove). Those workshops are normally exclusively available for our LEAP community. Expect a one hour interactive session with various open-minded people striving for continuous growth in their life. Additionally, you will receive a little worksheet to help you keep track of your learnings.

Breaking free from old habits (min. 4 participants necessary), Thursday, Jan. 18th 2024, 7-8 pm CET
- Communicate Boundaries with Non Violent Communication (min. 4 participants necessary), Wednesday, Feb. 7th 2024, 7-8 pm CET
How it works:
You can sign up for your preferred workshop via this link. You will be redirected to PayPal for the payment. Once we receive your donation via PayPal, we will send you the calendar invitation with the Zoom link and further details.
Please note that in case there are less than 4 sign-ups for a workshop the workshop would not happen and we will reach out to you to choose another topic.
What you can expect:
You will receive a sequence of 3 coaching sessions by one of our experienced coaches. Based on the principles of the International Coaching Federation, this coach accompanies you in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires you to maximize your personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
Duration: 3×60 min

We want to offer a valuable session for you and your team. If you are interested and have any questions or doubts, do not hesitate to reach out to us via leap@oikos-international.org prior to booking the offer. We are happy to find a good solution together.
What you can expect:
The workshop aims at supporting individuals and teams to understand the importance of active listening for a better collaboration & connection.
One of our experienced facilitators will host this 1.5 hour interactive online training for you and your team.
The session aims at familiarizing the participants with listening levels and skills and the impact it can have on all our interactions.
By exploring non-verbal and verbal aspects of active listening we prepare for a listening exercise that aims at making participants aware that their listening style and dedication has considerable effects on a conversation and their conversation partner.
Duration: 90 min

What you can expect:
One of our experienced facilitators will host a 3 hour training for you and your team.
The workshop tackles the topics of active listening, Non-Violent communication, feedforward & coaching tools to improve your team’s internal communication and establish a respectful & appreciative environment.
Duration: 180 min
Where: online (an onsite workshop might be possible in some cases depending on where you are located, please reach out to us!)
Ideal group size: 4-20 people
When: TBD with you and your team. Either spread across one day or 2 days.
how will your money be used?
oikos International is a non-profit organization and registered as an association in St. Gallen, Switzerland.
With our leadership work, we want to equip the student leaders in our community to become the new generation of conscious leaders our world need.
The incomes from this campaign will be mainly used as a direct investment into our LEAP YOUth program and its continuation in 2024. Depending on the funds we are able to raise, the money will help us organizing online and onsite seminars &workshops, travel costs, a strength assessment for our participants, the salaries of our program managers and general adminstration cost of oikos International to keep doing the work we are doing.
