oikos Copenhagen

oikos Copenhagen is the local Danish chapter of oikos. They are the largest sustainability-related organization within the Copenhagen area. The chapter is located at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), but their activities are not limited to CBS students and are open to any other students at higher education institutions, such as  University of Copenhagen (KU) and the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

oikos Copenhagen runs 6 projects annually:

Curricular Transformation aims to integrate sustainability into the core of CBS’ education system.

Green Week brings together students, companies, universities and various organizations to organize workshops, lectures and other activities in order to spread knowledge about sustainability in business and economics.

oikos Careers raises awareness about potential career opportunities in the field of sustainability by providing students with the relevant tools in order to implement the SDGs within businesses.

oikos Impact aims to address sustainability challenges at the CBS campus.

Social Pioneers creates a casual and interactive meeting space for students and inspiring social entrepreneurs, who provide students with valuable insights about sustainability in the business world. At the same time, it provides an opportunity for social entrepreneurs to meet and exchange with a unique multidisciplinary network of students and professionals passionate about sustainability.
