Lifestyle Menu in the Cafeteria

 

The Lifestyle-Menu aims at improving the variety and wholesomeness of food on offer in HSG's canteen while at the same time reducing the amount of meat consumed and therefore environmental impact.

 

It is intended to be of superior quality and appearance compared to the other daily menues, thus targeting mainly those who are used to having meat with every meal. The Lifestyle-Menu will demonstrate that the words "tasty" and "vegetarian" are not contradicting each other!

 

The new menue has been launched on December 2nd 2013 and will first be tested in a two-month pilot phase. Eventually, the students' and HSG-employees' demand will determine the Lifestyle-Menu's continuation! So grab your forks and dig in!
