The oikos Curriculum Academy is a 3-day workshop for students, early career researchers, faculty representatives and other stakeholders, developed and facilitated by oikos student members. Its main purpose is to reflect and learn about innovative economics and management programs and teaching approaches that are designed to address current global environmental and social challenges.
The first oikos Curriculum Academy was held at the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic, in October, 2019. To increase the outreach of the event, several sessions were also hosted online.
The third Curriculum Academy, organized in cooperation with oikos St. Gallen will take place both online and onsite, if the safe conditions for participants’ health allow it and in line with government measures and restrictions. The 3-day workshop will take place from February 27 to March 1 2021.
The agenda is participant-driven, meaning that YOU will shape what you will learn.
The Academy is free of charge. In the case of onsite participation, the participants need to organize their travel and cover travel expenses. The food will be covered by the hosting organization and the accommodation will be organized by oikos St. Gallen via couch surfing.
