About Katherine Milligan:

Katherine is the Head of Gender & Diversity at Bamboo Capital Partners, an impact investing platform that has deployed nearly $400 million to date in emerging markets. She is an adjunct Professor of Social Entrepreneurship at the University of Geneva and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies and the author of over 17 publications, articles, and blogs published by International Institute of Economics, Stanford Social Innovation Review, MIT journal Innovations, Forum Agenda, and the Harvard Business School. From 2012 – 2018, she was the Executive Director of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship, the sister organization of the World Economic Forum, which supports the largest community of late-stage social entrepreneurs in the world.
